Episode 1
In this new online series we will portrait the creative people who create the amazing Dance scene we all love.
The clubs might be closed, the festivals might be postponed or even cancelled, but the creativity might be peaking more than ever before! Expect a 30 min weekly episode in which you will get to know the artists in a new way, as the creative people that they are, way more than just a “name” you know from behind the decks.
Find out what inspires them and what they are up to, now that they’re forced away from their fans. We’ll visit organisations to meet the inspiring people behind all of your favorite events and festivals. We’ll talk about all that keeps them motivated to keep on creating. Together with them we’ll look forward to the event landscape after Corona. Will everything return to the way it was or will everything completely change and what will this mean for the industry?
Those will be the main questions we will seek answers for. Along the way it will be our mission to support all the entrepreneurs we meet up with in any way we can and we’ll always be open for suggestions! Join us and get involved! Let’s witness the creative revolution on “The Road To 2021” and together we will make a difference and pull through stronger then ever!

For this first Episode we met up with the Dutch House and Techno Legend Analog Kitchen who was previously know as Lucien Foort.
After an impressive career as one of the most booked house artists in the Netherlands, Lucien decided to turn things around completely. He wanted to put all his experience and knowledge that he gained over the years into one game changing live performance. So why not take anybody into his musical kitchen filled with nothing but analog gear….So no laptops, no CDJ’s….just analog gear and original music only! Hands on, pure Techno quality, thats what its all about!

Episode 2
A couple of years ago Melodic Techno DJ/Producer Hollt decided to level up his game in an incredibly unique way. He constructed his very own synth / midi controller with which he created a one of kind live-set.
With this concept he has performed in may clubs and festivals in the Netherlands like Thuishaven, Basis and Mystic Garden.

Episode 3
This guys does it all! He owns man artists agency, one of the most defining clubs in the scene, a very successful event concept and an insane Techno Festival.
He was undoubting living the life he dreamed of…until a little bump in the road called “Corona” came around closing down all his businesses at once. We met up with Joost to hear how to deal with something like that and how to keep a positive mindset!

Jochem Hamerling
Episode 4
For this last episode we met up with Jochem Hamerling. He’s been an artist and producer for many years. He’s best known for being the man of the music behind the scenes of the BOOM ROOM on SLAM.
This weekly radioshow has been of utter importance to the Dutch dancescene for many years since it was setup. Gijs Alkemade is the well known voice of the show and Jochem puts together all the sets on a weekly basis featuring everything that is hot in House and Techno.
We met up with Jochem in his home where we got into who he is and what his mindset is on the music scene during the lockdown and its future.
