Your ambassador privacy.

Who uses your information?

50:HERTZ operates this ambassador programme. Contact info@50-hertz.com, Catharina van Renneslaan 12, 1217CX Hilversum, Netherlands.

Staff work communication

For invited staff, we use your name, email address and telephone number to organise your work, including schedules, shifts and practical updates. We contact you by email, phone or direct message when necessary to arrange or carry out your work. This essential work communication is separate from optional marketing consent.

Your account and activity

We use your name, email, phone number, profile photo, password hash and account preferences to provide your ambassador account. We store the promotional links and notes you submit, the team's review feedback, download requests and messages. These functions are part of providing the programme you register for. Download counts record requests, not proof that a file was saved or shared. We do not monitor your social accounts or browsing outside this platform.

Your phone number can be used to coordinate participation you specifically request, such as arranging an accepted invitation. It is not permission for unsolicited calls, SMS or WhatsApp marketing.

Points and invitations

We record how you found us and, if you use an invite code, which ambassador invited you. Your inviter sees only invitation counts and qualification counts, not your name, contact details or posts. Approved stories earn 10 points, reels 15 and profile posts 20. An active show campaign adds extra points at submission time. The inviter earns 10 points at registration and 15 extra after five approved posts. Removing a post or withdrawing approval recalculates the balance and referral qualification. Account closure removes the referral relationship. Points for 50:HERTZ Specials share a balance, including invitation points. External-show points stay in a separate balance for that show; its organiser decides whether to offer rewards. Points are not money, and redemption options are not yet available. Managers can review activity and create timed campaigns. No advertising trackers are used for invitation attribution.

You choose how we contact you

The optional offers checkbox allows 50:HERTZ to send you email and ambassador inbox messages about CLUB TRAIN offers, tickets and other 50:HERTZ activities. The separate support checkbox allows email and inbox requests to help promote particular shows. Both are off by default. You can use downloads without giving either permission. We record your choices and their date. Verify your email before receiving these messages.

Change your choices in your profile at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in a message. Withdrawing consent stops future messages in those categories without affecting your account or the lawfulness of messages already sent. Essential account and verification emails are separate from promotional messages.

Account type and invitations

We store your selected account type, any show you request to represent and staff approval status. These choices help the team review access requests. Selecting organiser or staff does not grant management permissions. The website administrator approves staff status and assigns show access. Organisers with access to one show can manage its points campaigns but cannot view private member profiles or manage other shows.

Who can see it?

Your profile, phone number, submissions and messages are private to you and authorised 50:HERTZ administrators and full content managers. Partner-only and show-only managers do not have access to ambassador management. We use our website hosting and email providers to operate these services. We do not sell your information or publish a public member directory. Photos are processed on our website; your personalised story is composed in your browser, without an AI service. You choose whether to download or share it publicly.

Storage and removal

Account details are kept while your ambassador profile is active. Promotional activity and referral records are kept while your profile is active to calculate points. Download, message and consent-history records older than 12 months are removed during routine platform use. You can close your ambassador profile from your page. This removes its photo, contact preferences, activity and messages from the active system. If your login also has another role on this website, that separate access is retained. Backup copies may remain until the hosting provider's backup rotation replaces them.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your name, phone and preferences in your profile, remove submitted links and close your profile. For access, a copy of your information, corrections, deletion or objections, contact info@50-hertz.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Offers are assessed by the team; submitting activity does not automatically earn tickets, and no automated eligibility decisions are made.

Necessary cookies

Login cookies keep you signed in and protect account actions. Installing the webapp uses the same account and privacy settings as the website. Private account pages and messages are not saved in an offline cache.

Staff and organiser invitations

A personal invitation code identifies your staff or organiser profile. Codes are valid once and expire at midnight Amsterdam time. We record which account used the invitation so 50:HERTZ can review the request and manage access. Choosing a role does not grant administrative rights. Your profile photo, name, email address and phone number are required for registration.

Staff promotion ranking

Staff managers can view staff promotion scores. If the team enables the staff ranking, staff members can see the top ten names and approved promotion points. Email addresses, telephone numbers and other private account details are not shown in this ranking.
